‘Hacks’ Season 4 trailer
After Season 3 ended with Deborah scoring her long-awaited late-night show and — spoiler alert! — Ava blackmailing her to nab the head writer role, the Season 4 trailer teases plenty of drama to come.
While the dynamic duo has certainly had disagreements in past seasons, Smart told Deadline that “this takes it to a whole new level.”
“I was a little surprised that it got so contentious and so dark,” she added. “But I didn’t have any doubt that it would work because what they do always works.”
