Babymonster extends ‘Hello Monsters World Tour.’ Get tickets today

Babymonster had such a good time in North America, they decided to book a second trip.

The rapidly-rising K-Pop girl group just announced six new shows in the U.S. and Canada as part of their ongoing ‘Hello Monsters 1st World Tour.’

Their upcoming gigs will take place in August and September of this year at arenas in major metropolitan cities like Toronto (Aug. 30), Atlanta (Sept. 5) and Seattle (Sept. 12).

For those that have yet to see the young band live — as of now, they’ve only played three shows in the U.S. — Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rami, Rora and Chiquita typically go all out at shows playing cuts from their debut studio album “Drip” as well as a number of surprising pop and Hip-Hop covers according to Set List FM.

“Seeing people in front of us who know the lyrics and give us so much love is such an unreal feeling,” Pharita said in a May 2024 Teen Vogue interview before the tour had officially began.

If you’d like to sing along to “Sheesh,” “Like That,” “Dream” and more with the youthful septet live, tickets are available as of today.

Monstiez can purchase tickets for all upcoming North American Babymonster shows on sites like Vivid Seats; the official on-sale for the recently-announced leg of the ‘Hello Monsters 1st World Tour’ is Friday, March 7.

Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.

Babymonster new music

Last November, Babymonster dropped their debut album “Drip.”

In just nine songs, the septet establishes themselves as an in-your-face force to be reckoned with. The fact that they have so many members is a weapon; as a result, the ensemble can employ a number of styles like nasally, breathless Hip-Hop, soulful hooks and breathy Billie Eilish bridges creating an invigorating mashup effect in the process. Listeners really get a little something of everything here.

From the opening drip-drops of the exhilarating “CLIK CLAK” to the Cardi B-esque “BrrrRRRaaaAAAAp” in “DRIP” to the slowed-down ballad “Love, Maybe,” Babymonster shows real range and expert craftsmanship. The fact that the group is largely made up of teens is a shock. They really have a grasp on creating ear candy.

“Really Like You,” “Drop’s” fourth track, is perhaps the record’s highlight; equal parts old-school ’90s/early ’00s rap complete with earnest interludes will have you yearning for the Nelly-Ashanti pairings of yesteryear. Make sure to put respect on the pitter-patter of the catchy “Billionaire” and rollercoaster ride that is “Love In My Heart” as well. They’re both radio ready and a gas.

Finally, the Ruka/Asa collab “Woke Up In Tokyo” updates nursery rhymes with club-ready drum machines, the anthemic “Forever” will have you jumping up and down with its soaring chorus and rap interludes and album closer “Batter Up” (Remix) is the perfect outro to the energetic affair. Sped-up, chaotic and incredibly fun.
