What do tickets cost for the Eagles vs. Commanders NFC Championship game?

The Birds are flying high for at least another week.

On Sunday, Jan. 26, the Philadelphia Eagles are hosting the Washington Commanders in the 2024-25 NFC Championship game at their home Lincoln Financial Field.

This upcoming contest is the Eagles’ second NFC Championship appearance in three years. The last time they advanced to the semifinal game in January 2023, they took down the 49ers in a 31-7 laugher.

Heading into this matchup, Sirianni’s squad is coming off a nail biter 28-22 victory over the Rams in the Divisional Round. Although Jalen Hurts and a dominant Saquon Barkley — who had two breakthrough touchdown runs — held the lead the entire fourth quarter, Los Angeles kept things close for the entirety of the snowy yet heated contest.

Their NFC Championship opponents, the Washington Commanders, shocked the world in their Divisional Round showdown against the NFC’s No. 1-ranked Detroit Lions. Entering the game as the underdogs, Jayden Daniels, Zach Ertz and the club did everything right and pulled off a surprising 45-31 upset.

“It’s a surreal moment,” Daniels said in a postgame interview.

Will the Eagles return to the Super Bowl this year? Can the Commanders ride their wave of momentum?

While we don’t know the answers to either of those questions, we can tell you the best way to find out is live.

About the Eagles vs. Commanders matchup

Over the course of the 2024 regular season, the NFC East rivals met twice.

In their first matchup on Nov. 14, the Eagles won 26-18 at home. Things looked dire for the Birds in that contest until their explosive 20-point fourth quarter where Barkley went on a pair of touchdown runs and Hurts added one of his own to secure the victory.

Washington got their revenge on Philly in their second showdown on Dec. 22. Hurts was injured at the time and Kenny Pickett took his place. The formidable backup completed 14-of-24 passes for 143 yards and a touchdown. However, it was Jayden Daniels’ five touchdown passes that propelled the Commanders to a 36-33 victory. Just like in their first faceoff, the fourth quarter proved to be the deciding factor. In this one, Washington rallied for 22 points to seal the deal.
