There’s a sense of optimism in Newark.
After a sub-.500 2023-24 season, Sheldon Keefe’s New Jersey Devils have found their footing this year and currently sit at second place in the Eastern Conference’s Metropolitan Division.
And while we can’t wait to see how the rest of their campaign shakes out for Nico Hischier and Jack Hughes, we’re equally excited about all the major events coming to the Prudential Center these next few months.
Just a few of the biggest names set to entertain off the Newark Penn stop on the Northeast Corridor NJT line include Linkin Park (Aug. 3), Blake Shelton (March 6), Sebastian Maniscalco (March 8), Deftones (April 9) and Tyler, The Creator (July 27-28).
Other biggies swooping in include Cody Johnson (Jan. 17), Mary J. Blige (April 6), J. Balvin (April 10), Katt Williams (March 21) and K-Pop icons NCT 127 (March 2).
Plus, you won’t want to miss out on Monster Jam (Jan. 24-26) and the Winter Warfare boxing matchup between Andrzej Wawrzyk and Damian Knyba (Feb. 1) along with Seton Hall men’s basketball and the New York Sirens women’s hockey team.
The fact that the venue recently rolled out an impressive, new menu — the New York Post called their offerings “an elevated culinary experience that’s heavy on the grit, boldness and flavor that make the Garden State great” — is icing on the cake.
To find the concert, comedy show or game of your choosing, our team has a list of all the events coming to the Prudential Center in 2025 below.
