The incident occurred around 4:45 p.m. Oct. 4 as two motorists raced each other on northbound Lachapelle St. near de Salaberry St. in the borough of Ahuntsic-Cartierville.
Montreal police have turned to the public in an effort to locate the suspect and witnesses to a hit and run early last month that left one person dead.
In a communiqué issued Wednesday, police said the incident occurred around 4:45 p.m. Oct. 4 as two motorists raced each other on northbound Lachapelle St. near de Salaberry St. in the borough of Ahuntsic-Cartierville.
The driver being sought is a white male who was wearing a black sweater at the time. He was driving a 2024 black Audi Q4 e-tron Premium.
Surveillance camera images of the vehicle have been made public by police hoping they will lead to finding the car and its driver.
