Heroes, zeros from Jets’ loss to Colts: Anthony Richardson owned MetLife Stadium

Heroes, zeros and the full blitz from the Jets’ 28-27 loss to the Colts on Sunday:

Hero

Anthony Richardson led two 70-yard touchdown drives in the fourth quarter, scoring the go-ahead touchdown on a four-yard run with 46 seconds to go. He ran for two touchdowns and passed for another.

Zero

Head coach/defensive play-caller Jeff Ulbrich’s unit flopped at the end of the game again. And he didn’t go for a two-point conversion — a coin-flip decision — after taking a 23-16 lead. He also burned a timeout before kicking a chip-shot field goal.

Unsung Hero

Kwity Paye had two sacks, including one where he also forced a fumble on the first play of the Jets’ last-gasp drive. That essentially ended any comeback hope with the clock running and the ball rolling.
