Award-winning actress, singer and author Keke Palmer, who is speaking up about her “unhealthy” relationship with her ex, Darius Jackson — and slamming a co-star for an allegedly racist remark on the set of “Scream Queens” — is listing her Brooklyn penthouse for $2.99 million.
The listing comes as Palmer’s buzzy new book, “Master of Me: The Secret to Controlling Your Narrative,” gears up for its Nov. 19 release. She is also the 2017 author of “I Don’t Belong to You: Quiet the Noise and Find Your Voice.”
The “Nope” star, who has 14 million followers on social media and is on the cover of People, lives primarily in LA and shares custody of her 1-year-old son, Leo, with Jackson. Palmer, who also starred in “Hustlers,” bought this Williamsburg perch in 2020 for $2.35 million, as Gimme Shelter reported at the time.
The three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home on North 7th Street is 1,482 square feet and comes with 680 square feet of outdoor space over two terraces. The residence, with interiors by noted designer Paris Forino, also features an open chef’s kitchen, wide-plank oak floors and spa-like baths.
Built in 2019, the nine-story luxury building features amenities including a gym, a rooftop terrace, a landscaped garden, a double-height attended lobby, a penthouse lounge and a children’s playroom. There’s also a bike room, parking and cold storage.
The listing broker is Monica Novo, of Douglas Elliman, who repped Palmer when she bought the residence.
