Donald Trump Jr. mocks MSNBC likening dad’s MSG rally to Nazi event 85 years ago: Hitler ‘drank water too’

COPLAY, Pa. — Stumping in swing-state Pennsylvania Monday night, Donald Trump Jr. fired back at his favorite foils in the media for likening his father’s massive Madison Square Garden rally to a pro-Nazi event at the same-named venue in 1939.

The Nazi name-calling came when MSNBC ran clips of the infamous German American Bund rally alongside ones from the ex-prez’s Sunday event at the World’s Most Famous Arena — and the former first son wasn’t having it.

“Trump at Madison Square Garden, there was once a Nazi rally there 90 years ago. What’s your point?” Trump Jr. shot back from the stump at a shooting range in purple Lehigh County.

“I think Taylor Swift just played Madison Square Garden,” he continued, to laughter from the crowd. “Does that make her a Nazi?”

While Swift did not play MSG on her current Eras Tour, she has rocked the venue many times in the past.

With comedic timing, Trump Jr. emphasized the painstaking efforts the press makes to create parallels between his dad and the infamous Nazi dictator.

“They’ll say, ‘Trump drinks glass of water,’” he said. “Oh, you know who else drank water? Hitler, baby. He drank water too!”

The surrogate son also called out Democrats for political persecution and censorship against the MAGA movement — labeling anti-Trump agitators the true fascists.

“The people who’ve been calling you the Nazis and the fascists and stuff like that, they’re the ones that are taking the fascist playbook and running with it,” he said.

Trump Jr. also hit on the Biden-Harris administration’s record-high inflation, recalling a recent trip to McDonald’s cost $48 for himself and three of his kids.

Inflation, he said, “is not going to change my habits, but I promise you one thing: If Donald Trump Jr. has sticker shock at McDonald’s, we have a serious problem in our country.”
