Sonja Morgan is swapping the buzz of New York City for the balmy shores of West Palm Beach, Florida.
“The Real Housewives of New York City” star has snapped up a waterfront condo in a move that signals the end of her decades-long Manhattan chapter, The Post can report.
At 60, Morgan is embracing a new, more relaxed lifestyle, and her new digs come with a surprising purchase price: $600,000, a significant downsize from her sprawling Upper East Side townhouse.
The West Palm Beach condo, a cozy 1,170-square-foot unit, boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony with waterfront views. That’s a far cry from her former 5,500-square-foot, five-level NYC home, which featured five bedrooms, six bathrooms and an elevator.
And she got it for a steal.
Originally listed for $910,000 in 2023, the Florida unit underwent several price slashes before Morgan came in with her offer.
Morgan’s new “move-in ready” residence comes fully furnished and offers touches like coffered ceilings and a tempered glass shower.
Building amenities sweeten the deal, including a full-time doorman, a club room, an expansive pool and a gym.
Just steps from the local dining and shopping scene, it’s a far more laid-back setting than the crush of Manhattan.
This shift to Florida came early this year, just two months before Morgan parted ways with her iconic Manhattan townhouse, selling the property she called home for 25 years at auction in May for $4.59 million.
Morgan has not responded to a request for comment on the new chapter.
