The winner of The Voice 2024 has been announced after a tense final episode.

Singer Ava Mannings has been crowned the winner of The Voice 2024 during the show’s grand finale.

Her mentors, McFly stars Tom Fletcher and Danny Jones, congratulated the Bristolian dog groomer, immediately running to the stage to celebrate the win.

Ava took home a £50k cash prize and a holiday to Orlando, Florida.

The singer reacted to the win by saying: ‘Speechless, like I am every time. I’m probably a bit more speechless this time, but forever grateful.’

She continued: ‘And these lot, they’re amazing, so I feel really honoured.’

Ava’s song was changed by the judges just 48 hours before the finale, but the lack of rehearsal wasn’t an obstacle as she belted out a funky rendition of The Long And Winding Road by The Beatles.

Will.i.am called the performance spectacular.

Sir Tom added: ‘I’ve always loved that song and every time I hear anybody do it I think, “My God, I should have recorded that song.” You did a wonderful job with that song.’

For her duet, Ava sang The Reason by Hoobastank with the McFly member.

Finalists Deb Orah, Storry, Billy, and Louie all performed on the finale, putting on a display of undeniable talent.
