Tom Sandoval is finally letting go of his and Ariana Madix’s shared $2 million Los Angeles home following their legal dispute.
“The house is going on the market,” Sandoval said in Wednesday’s episode of his “Everybody Loves Tom” podcast. “[We are] selling the house, getting it ready.”
The musician also revealed he and his girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, are now moving in together.
Madix’s rep had no comment when contacted by Page Six.
Sandoval, 42, and Robinson, 32, have been dating since early this year.
They debuted their romance via social media in February with photos of themselves cuddled up outside Schwartz & Sandy’s in LA.
Their romance sparked less than a year after the Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras frontman separated from Madix, his “Vanderpump Rules” co-star and girlfriend of nearly 10 years, in March 2023 over his bombshell affair with Raquel “Rachel” Leviss.
The exes continued to live together amid the scandal, though they stuck to separate quarters of the home.
Madix, 39, has since been trying to sell their sprawling Village Valley property, which they purchased together in 2019.
In Season 11 of “Pump Rules,” which was filmed last year, the reality star claimed Sandoval had offered to purchase her share of the property, but she refused out of spite following his betrayal.
“The fact of the matter is, he broke the home. He f–ked all of this up. He doesn’t get to do that and then just keep it,” she said in a confessional on the Bravo show.
Elsewhere in the season, Sandoval alleged Madix hadn’t contributed any bills for months, leaving his bank account to be overdrawn.
The “Dancing With the Stars” alum sued her ex-boyfriend to force the sale of their home in January; however, he denied the request through legal documents a few weeks later.
Madix seemingly moved out of her and Sandoval’s home in March, as she snagged a $1.6 million Hollywood Hills home, Page Six exclusively revealed.
She is currently dating Daniel Wai, whom she started seeing shortly after Sandoval and Leviss’ dalliance came to light.
