Slain Cash App founder Bob Lee’s ex-wife says socialite Khazar Elyassnia can ‘go f–k herself’ for playing victim during murder trial

Bob Lee’s ex-wife blasted Khazar Elyassnia, the socialite sister of the tech mogul’s accused killer, in the courtroom hallway after she testified in her brother’s defense for four days.

“My husband was murdered. She has no right to make herself a victim in this. She can go f–k herself,”  Krista Lee raged to reporters in the hallway of the San Francisco courthouse on Wednesday, KRON 4 reported.

Elyassnia — who was allegedly having an affair with Lee amidst a Bay Area sex-swinging social scene — is the sister of Nima Momeni, 40, who is charged with fatally stabbing the 43-year-old Cash App founder in the heart on April 4, 2023.

Over the past four days, the 38-year-old has spent more than 12 tense hours denying her brother’s actions — even though his defense admitted he did it. She’s spent much time painting Bob Lee as an “aggressive” drug user engaged in a swinging lifestyle and herself as a victim of sexual assault.

Krista Lee’s explosive comments on Wednesday came after she was asked about calling Elyassnia “the whore of the high tower” in a text message — a reference to her apartment in a luxury high-rise, court documents show.

The shocking hallway outburst prompted Judge Alexandra Gordon to question each member of the jury to ask if they had overheard what she had said. The judge also dismissed Elyassnia from testifying on Wednesday, according to KRON.

Elyassnia and her husband, a prominent plastic surgeon, are paying for Nima Momeni’s defense team of five attorneys, according to KRON 4.

Prosecutors have argued Momeni stabbed Lee to death in revenge, believing he had sexually assaulted his sister and supplied her with drugs the night before his murder.

Elyassnia said any claims about an affair with Lee or an assault are false.

“Lol, you dumb f–k, Bob never touched me, No one did,” she wrote in a text to her brother shortly after Lee’s murder, revealed in court Monday.

Other text messages from the day before suggest he offered her drugs in exchange for a “blowjob,” however Elyassnia denied Bob Lee meant anything seriously sexual and he only acted inappropriately sometimes.

Bob Lee’s brother stormed out of the courtroom after she described his sibling as a “very erratic” person, KRON reported.

Elyassnia testified that she and Bob Lee were on a drug-fueled bender of cocaine, whippets and ketamine at social “gatherings” between April 1 and April 3, 2023.

She has spent the majority of her testimony explaining how she was the victim of a sexual assault at the hands of the couple’s drug dealer, Jeremy Boivin, in the final days of Lee’s life.

During the April 3 gathering, Bob Lee showed up with his close friend to Boivin’s apartment, but the friend was making her feel extremely uncomfortable, Elyassnia testified.

She asked Boivin to make Bob Lee and his pal leave the apartment, but as Lee was leaving, he demanded she get in his Uber “or never speak to me again” — but she refused.

Instead, she opted to stay with Khazar who testified that she refused and stayed with Boivin in his apartment, who proceeded to drug and sexually assault her.

Nomeni picked her up the next more as she cried and vomited, she said, but she never mentioned Bob Lee’s name when she explained what had happened.

She hung out with Lee on April 4, but after leaving her ritzy San Francisco apartment building, Momeni and Lee got into a fight in the street.

Momeni’s defense has argued Lee was dangerously intoxicated and attacked Momeni with a knife, and Lee was stabbed and bled out.
