Time flies when you’re in a happy relationship.
Bears quarterback Caleb Williams reflected on the past year with girlfriend, Alina Thyregod, by sharing photos of them kissing on the sidelines, among other snapshots of the blonde beauty.
“Been a good year with this one,” Williams, 22, wrote on Tuesday, including two red heart emojis.
Williams gave Thyregod a bear hug in one photo, while another showed the couple kissing on the sidelines ahead of Chicago’s clash with the Texans on Sept. 15. Houston beat Chicago 19-13.
Thyregod donned a custom denim jacket and pants with the Bears’ “C” logo on them, along with Williams’ name and number on her back.
Williams, whom the Bears selected with the No. 1 overall pick out of USC, shared a photo of Thyregod showing off her denim outfit in a mirror selfie.
The couple, who are fairly private about their relationship, made their red carpet debut at the 2024 NFL Draft in Detroit in April.
Williams and Thyregod both donned Chrome Hearts ensembles while posing for photos together.
It was their first public appearance together, despite Williams posting her on his social media in late 2023.
In June, the couple attended the Louis Vuitton Menswear Spring/Summer 2025 show at Paris Fashion Week together and donned pieces by the luxury French fashion house.
Williams is coming off of a strong performance in a win against the Jaguars, 35-16, at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on Oct. 13 before the team’s bye week.
He finished 23-for-29 with 226 yards, four touchdowns and one interception. He also picked up 56 yards on four carries.
The victory gave Chicago its first three-game winning streak since the 2020 season.
The Bears (4-2) face the Commanders (5-2) on the road on Sunday.
