A Carnegie Hill townhouse that was once home to the late Gloria Vanderbilt is back on the market for $10.29 million.
The late-19th-century, ivy-covered brownstone at 67 E. 91st St. first hit the market for $11.99 million in 2022.
The seller, photographer Priscilla Rattazzi, bought the 19-foot-wide spread from Vanderbilt — the late heiress, designer, artist and mother of CNN anchor Anderson Cooper — in 1995 for $2.99 million, via a trust.
The five-story home was built in 1891, designed by G.A. Schellenger.
At 6,400 square feet, it comes with six bedrooms, 6½ bathrooms, four woodburning fireplaces, a curved central staircase — and an elevator.
Design details include a garden-level greenhouse where Vanderbilt’s painting studio — now a gallery space and an informal living room — once stood.
The residence opens to a foyer that leads to a formal entrance gallery and a large, eat-in chef’s kitchen. There’s also an open living/dining area, hardwood floors, crown moldings and a small outdoor patio off the kitchen for al fresco dining.
The parlor level features a formal dining room with three oversize windows and a wood-paneled living room with 11-foot-high ceilings plus a library wall.
Upstairs, there’s a main bedroom suite with a windowed spa-like bath and a home office. Additional bedrooms are on the fourth floor, along with a glass solarium — and on the fifth floor, which also has another office.
The roof can be converted into an additional entertaining space.
