‘MILF Manor’ star Joey Burford needs facial reconstruction surgery after horror scooter accident

Handsome “Milf Manor” reality TV star Joey Burford was involved in a horrifying scooter accident — leaving him with a bleeding brain and needing multiple surgeries to reconstruct broken bones in his face.

News of the horror smash emerged in a fundraiser showing Burford, who was featured on the TLC dating show’s first season, in a hospital bed with bandages wrapped around his swollen, bloodied face.

“I’m reaching out to you today with a heavy heart to share that my son, Joey, has recently been involved in a serious scooter accident,” wrote his mom, Kelle Mortensen, who appeared alongside her son in the series.

“This tragic event has resulted in significant complications that will require him to undergo multiple facial reconstruction surgeries, the 53-year-old mom of six wrote.

“We are lucky he’s still alive and it’s a total miracle that he didn’t break his neck or back.”

The mom did not elaborate on exactly how her son hurt himself, but in a separate post blamed it on him falling down some “blind stairs” in Long Beach, California.

He already had a successful three-hour surgery on Saturday to fix some of the shattered bones in his face, with a breathing tube removed Monday.

“Although he has faced some challenges, including the need for extensive dental work and additional facial surgeries, we are relieved to report that the bleeding on his brain has stopped and has not worsened,” Mortensen wrote.

“Today, Joey will remain in the ICU to undergo a swallow test. If all goes well, he may be transferred to another floor and could potentially be discharged from the hospital by Wednesday or Thursday this week.”

As part of his recovery, Burford will undergo physical and occupational therapy and will not be discharged from the hospital until he is well enough to pass those evaluations, Mortensen said.

The mother thanked those who sent her messages of support and said they were praying for her son in a post on her Instagram stories Monday night.

While the exact details of Burford’s accident remain unknown, in an emotional video shared to her Instagram stories Mortensen said he tumbled down a set of stairs.

“This should not have happened. The way that these stairs are — they are blind stairs — that he went flying down. It’s so f–king beyond dangerous,” she said.

The reality mom then expressed her anger with the city of Long Beach, where the accident took place, saying, “It’s just f–king absurd that there are no signs or anything.”

Mortensen also thanked supporters for their “kindness and generosity” on the fundraiser, which had reached over $36,000 in donations out of a $75,000 goal as of Tuesday morning.
