2025 Dodge Durango Brass Monkey is a six-figure Hellcat SUV

The automaker continues its celebration of 20 years of Hemi-powered Durangos with this bronze-accented 710-hp three-row

  • The 2025 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat Brass Monkey boasts 710 hp and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds
  • Unique elements include Red Oxide paint, Brass Monkey wheels, and a luxe Sepia Laguna leather interior
  • You can get one later this year, if you’re willing to fork out over CDN$155,000 for it

The sun is setting on the mighty Hemi Durango, but, expectedly, Dodge won’t let it retire without a serious party. The 2025 Durango Silver Bullet and the Durango R/T 20th Anniversary Edition broke cover in August 2024. The former is a Hellcat-powered beast with a 710-hp supercharged V8, silver paint, and a red leather interior, priced at CDN$155,130. The R/T 20th Anniversary Edition features the legendary 360-hp 5.7L V8, bronze accents, and starts at CDN$83,580.

Then in September came the 2025 Durango Hellcat Hammerhead. This midsize three-row family SUV also features a supercharged 6.2L V8 engine capable of launching the truck from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.5 seconds. The Hammerhead’s distinctive elements are its Night Moves blue exterior, Hammerhead Grey leather interior, and 20-inch wheels. Inside, it offers a 10.1-inch touchscreen, 19 speakers, and a sunroof. This one is priced at CDN$155,030.

As expected of an SRT Hellcat, the Brass Monkey’s engine bay harbours the not-inconspicuous 710-hp supercharged 6.2-litre Hemi Hellcat V8 engine. This powerplant propels the SUV across the quarter-mile in 11.5 seconds, and helps it reach a top speed of 290 km/h (180 mph). It also boasts a best-in-class towing capacity of 3,946 kg (8,700 lbs).

Available in the fourth quarter of 2024, the limited-edition Brass Monkey is priced at CDN$155,230 (that’s a $152,335 MSRP plus additional fees).
