Alex Cooper revealed in a new interview that her worst podcast guest was an unnamed male actor whose sit-down was so bad that she had to make sure it never saw the light of day.
“Least favorite is one that never aired, and I can’t say their name,” the “Call Her Daddy” host, 30, told the Hollywood Reporter in a profile published Wednesday.
“It was a male actor who just was giving nothing. You could tell he was on a press run.”
Cooper said she ended up candidly telling the unidentified celeb, “‘Bro, you don’t want to be here. You aren’t answering any of these questions. Someone put you in this chair you didn’t even know.’”
The podcaster said that out of “mutual respect” they both decided, “Let’s not air this” because she didn’t want her listeners to “come at” the guest for “not giving anything.”
Page Six has reached out to Cooper’s reps for further comment but did not immediately hear back.
As for the former Barstool Sports personality’s favorite guest, she was hesitant to name just one person but recognized that Miley Cyrus was the first star who “took a chance” on her.
In the 2020 interview, the “Wrecking Ball” singer, now 31, was open and honest about her marriage with ex-husband Liam Hemsworth, including revealing that she lost her virginity to him at age 16.
“I hadn’t had that gravity of a celebrity on, and she was incredible,” Cooper pointed out.
She then listed other stand-out guests: “I will never forget having Jane Fonda on. I was elated that this woman who is such an icon was giving me the time of day.
“Christina Aguilera was incredible. Keke Palmer. RuPaul! — I was unwell. Chelsea Handler — someone that I’ve looked up to for so long, and now I’m friends with her.”
In August, Cooper signed with SiriusXM for a reported $125 million to move “Call Her Daddy” to the satellite radio and online network after three years at Spotify.
The podcaster told the Hollywood Reporter of the deal, “Something they pitched is, ‘We want people to think of Alex Cooper when they think of SiriusXM,’ which is exciting.
“Sirius had the most ability to let me branch out and try new things while still remaining true to my product.”
