Angel Adriana is back.
Adriana Lima returned to Victoria’s Secret for the 2024 Fashion Show on Monday, with the model previously retiring from the lingerie brand in 2018.
Lima, 43, stunned in a black bra-and-panty set, which she wore beneath checker-striped pants and a matching long-sleeved cut-out top.
She accessorized her punk-rock look with iridescent butterfly wings, styled her hair in a slicked-back pony and sported thick eyeliner.
The mom of three was once a star Angel for the company, making her debut in 1999 when she was just 18 years old.
The Brazilian native was quickly named a face of the brand and remained a constant until 2018, when she announced her retirement from the company.
She appeared in every runway show from 1999 through 2018 except for 2009, when she was on maternity leave, making her the longest-running Victoria’s Secret model ever.
Lima was also bestowed with the honor of wearing the Fantasy Bra — a multi-million dollar bra covered in diamonds — three separate times.
“Dear Victoria, Thank you for showing me the world, sharing your secrets, and most importantly not just giving me wings but teaching me to fly. And all the ❤️ to the best fans in the 🌎! Love, Adriana 💖,” she captioned an Instagram post revealing her decision to end her 18-show run.
While she was honored with a special section in the 2018 show to mark her prolific career, the company ended their fashion show the following year.
In 2023, Lima supported from the sidelines in ad campaigns and as Victoria’s Secret staged a new format for the presentation, attending as a guest.
The brunette beauty has since appeared on scant runways in recent years, first for Alexander Wang in 2022, showing off her baby bump in a cut-out dress. Last month, she returned to Paris Fashion Week on the Schiaparelli runway.
