NBA superstar Anthony Edwards in paternity battle with rapper Lil Baby’s ex-girlfriend

Timberwolves star is petitioning the court to demand genetic testing for him, influencer Ayesha Howard and the child in question.

So, just whose little baby is it?

Minnesota Timberwolves all-star Anthony Edwards is taking Ayesha Howard, who shares a child with rapper Lil Baby, to court over a paternity challenge.

The NBA all-star who won a gold medal with Team USA at this summer’s Olympics in Paris seeks to confirm whether or not he fathered a child with Howard, the outlet reported.

Edwards is petitioning the court to demand genetic testing for him, Howard and the minor child in question.

“If genetic testing shows that the petitioner is the father, the petitioner requests an order establishing the minor child’s paternity,” said the documents, which were filed in Georgia in September.

A status conference has been scheduled for Nov. 13.

Howard, who is an influencer that goes by “Little Ms. Golden” on Instagram and has more than 620,000 followers, has not posted recently about a pregnancy or having a child.

In fact, she hasn’t posted anything at all in months on the social media platform.

Her most recent post was on May 21 and featured her standing outside a restaurant wearing tight neon green leggings with a cropped green shirt that exposed her toned stomach.

Howard shares a young son named Jason with rapper Lil Baby and had frequently features the child in her posts.

Edwards, 23, who has been private about his children, reportedly is the father to at least three kids in the past year.

According to People, Edwards welcomed a baby girl with his girlfriend, Shannon, on March 2 – leaving a Timberwolves game during half-time to be at the delivery.

Shannon, whose last name has not been disclosed, reportedly also shares an older son with rapper Chief Keef.

“I’ve been nun (nothing) but a great mom and a cool mf I let y’all talk what yall wanna say for MONTHS I’m such a peaceful mf I even prayed for the other children cause end of the day them my sons siblings,” she wrote in a since-expired Instagram Story.

She also alleged that she had been “harassed” despite breaking off contact with the supposed father before then claiming the NBA star welcomed a third child this year with a third woman.

“Our son 8 months … Kids were not born the same time just a few months apart. One little girl in September then our son October then he just had one,” ‘Ally D’ reportedly wrote via Instagram.

It’s unclear whether the third child she was speaking about is the child in question in the paternity suit between Edwards and Howard.

According to Page Six, neither Edwards, his lawyer nor Howard have returned requests for comment.
