Home sweet Arrowhead Stadium.
Taylor Swift returned to Kansas City on Monday for boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Chiefs’ primetime clash against the Saints, three weeks after her last home game appearance.
The pop superstar, who missed the Chiefs’ past two games — both road wins — arrived at the stadium in a plaid minidress and high black boots before being ushered to her suite.
Kelce, 35, is coming off his best game of the season following a slow start to the year, which triggered an onslaught of criticism from sports media talking heads over where his focus lies amid off-field endeavors.
The All-Pro tight end had seven receptions for 89 yards in last Sunday’s 17-10 win over the Chargers in Los Angeles.
Kelce previously tallied eight catches for 69 yards through the Chiefs’ first three weeks.
“I’ve had a lot of catches in this league, man, I’m not worried about the catches and the yards, and all of that, I have the most fun when I get the ball thrown my way, I mean, who doesn’t?” Kelce said on the Sept. 25 installment of the “New Heights” podcast he cohosts with brother Jason Kelce.
“It has everything to do with execution and just making sure we’re doing everything we can to win these football games, that’s always going to be the goal.”
The Chiefs are 4-0 but have lost several dominant playmakers in that stretch.
Last month, wide receiver Hollywood Brown underwent surgery to repair a dislocated sternoclavicular joint in his shoulder and was placed on injured reserve.
Starting running back Isiah Pacheco then suffered a fractured fibula in the Chiefs’ Week 2 win against the Bengals.
Just last week, star wideout Rashee Rice suffered a knee injury upon colliding with quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ arm.
Rice had 24 receptions for 288 yards and two touchdowns through Kansas City’s first three games.
Despite the losses of key playmakers, Kelce and the Chiefs are finding ways to stack wins as they continue their pursuit of a Super Bowl three-peat.
Swift, who has been dating Kelce since 2023, is frequenting Chiefs games while on hiatus from her blockbuster Eras Tour, which resumes in North America on Oct. 18 in Miami.
The tour will travel to Canada in November before wrapping the following month.
The Saints enter Monday’s game at 2-2 following back-to-back losses against the Eagles and Falcons, respectively.
