SQ asks for public’s help in finding Salaberry-de-Valleyfield teen

Quebec provincial police say they have reason to fear for the health and safety of 13-year-old Amy St-Denis.

Quebec provincial police are asking for the public’s help in the search for a 13-year-old missing from Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.

Amy St-Denis was last seen on St-Thomas Street in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield before she fled on foot, the Sûreté du Québec said Tuesday.

Police say her loved ones have reason to fear for her health and safety.

She is described as being 5’1″ and 125 pounds, police say. She has brown and black hair and brown eyes, and tattoos on her left forearm.

When she was last seen, she was wearing white pyjama pants with red hearts, a black hooded jacket with the inscription “Marty & Ricky” as well as black sandals with white soles.

Police are asking anyone who sees St-Denis to call 911. Anyone who may have information that could help police find her is encouraged to call the Centrale de l’information criminelle at 1-800 659-4264.
