Four people charged after fleeing Saskatoon police, heading to highway

Four people are charged after a brief police chase down 22nd Street West and out of town early Thursday morning.

Officers successfully set out a tire deflation device at 22nd Street and Dalmeny Road, but the vehicle didn’t stop, continuing west on Highway 14.

“The vehicle eventually came to a stop and a high-risk traffic stop was conducted,” the release said.

The four occupants were arrested.

A 22-year-old woman, a 26-year-old man, a 31-year-old woman and a 21-year-old woman are charged with possession of stolen property under $5,000 and failure to comply with court-ordered conditions.
