Glacier Ridge residents have spoken. And Anthem Properties has followed their lead in the design of a set of amenities that serves the community’s needs.

Anthem unveiled plans this month for amenities including a hockey rink, basketball court, splash park, tennis court, toboggan hill, skating ribbon, community gardens and playgrounds outside, complemented by an indoor gymnasium, multi-purpose room and banquet hall, bookable by all residents. Additional communal amenity space will include co-working and open gathering space, named the Village Commons.

“We are so grateful to the residents of Glacier Ridge for being a part of this process,” said Rose-Mary Damiani, director of development for Anthem in Calgary in a media release. “Their guidance and direction on the project was invaluable and is truly representative of the diverse families who will use these amenities. We are excited for the community to experience them.”

Glacier Ridge by Anthem and in partnership with Ronmor Developers is an 832-acre community, future home to 6,000 homes in Calgary’s northwest.
