2025 Nissan Rogue base price up $100 over ’24, defying inflation

At the very worst, Canadian MSRPs are up $400, but there are several new features available, now, including Invisible Hood View

  • For 2025, Nissan’s Rogue is seeing trims rise in price by between CDN$50 and CDN$400
  • That’s despite new available features like Invisible Hood View and version 2.1 of the ProPilot Assist suite
  • Powertrains remain the same, but every model gets all-wheel-drive in Canada

The trim walk kicks off with a $33,998 S model (up $100 over the ’24) before moving on to the volume-selling SV for $37,898 (up $50). The SL is up yet another rung at $43,298 (up $150) and the range tops out with a $45,598 Platinum (up $400). Freight and PDI charges from the factory have not budged from last year’s $2,030, which sets to rest any thoughts of hidden increases. Prices for the likes of two-tone paint remain the same, as well.

For this model year, customers choosing the Tech Package on Platinum trims will find a more advanced version of the Nissan’s around-view monitor, thanks to a couple of additional camera angles. These include a new front wide view, providing a near-180-degree vista; plus an Invisible Hood View not unlike what’s on tap in pricier models from the brand. As a first for Nissan in the Canadian market, Invisible Hood View uses image processing to take footage from the Rogue’s exterior cameras to project a view of the tarmac under the engine bay. In practice, it works well to snake around parking obstacles or when navigating especially tight spaces.

Also available on the Platinum trim is version 2.1 of the ProPilot Assist suite of driving helpers. This system allows drivers to take their hands off the steering wheel in single-lane highway operation, provided they continue to pay attention. It uses radar, sonar, cameras, and high-def mapping data to operate. Like the Invisible Hood View, 2025 marks the debut of v2.1 of ProPILOT Assist among models in Nissan Canada’s lineup.
