Harvey Weinstein pleaded not guilty to a new sex crime charge in a Manhattan courtroom Wednesday afternoon.
The fallen movie mogul was hit with one count of first-degree criminal sexual act as he awaits retrial on his historic 2020 #MeToo case.
But details of the new allegations were not immediately available.
Weinstein, 72, was brought to Manhattan Supreme Court from Bellevue hospital where he’s been recovering from emergency heart surgery.
He had been jailed at Rikers Island before the near-death health scare.
