Arch Manning has thrown 18 pass attempts this season and has shot up the Heisman Trophy oddsboard to sixth on the leaderboard.
Coming in at 12/1 on Caesars Sportsbook, Manning has passed pre-season favorite Carson Beck as well as high-performers Drew Allar, Travis Hunter and Will Howard.
The current co-favorites at Caesars are Miami quarterback Cam Ward and Alabama Jalen Milroe with +575 odds, although the award is wide open.
BetMGM Sportsbook tells the Post that Manning moved from 100/1 to 18/1 after regular Texas starter Quinn Ewers moved off the board.
Ewers was injured with a strained abdomen against UTSA and it is unclear how long he will be out, but it appears Manning will now lead the top-ranked Longhorns.
Manning, the nephew of Peyton and Eli Manning and son of oldest brother Cooper, was a highly ranked prospect out of high school.
He had sat behind Ewers for his freshmen season and will now have the chance to showcase how he runs an offense.
Manning looked fantastic in his 18 pass attempts, completing 14 of them and throwing for five touchdowns.
His talent is undoubtedly immense, perhaps none more shocking than when his top speed was clocked at a faster time than Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill.

Manning reached a max speed of 20.7 MPH while en route to a 67-yard touchdown sprint.
Despite the shift in odds, Manning has received a minuscule amount of bets on BetMGM, tallying 1.7 percent of the bet total. There’s not a big public outcry for him to win it.
If Ewers misses the entirety of the regular season, which doesn’t seem likely at this point, Manning will, at best, play in 10 regular-season games.
For what it’s worth, no player has won the Heisman Trophy while playing only 10 games since 1969, when Steve Owens won it with Oklahoma.
Of course, college football played fewer games in their schedule than they do now.
Texas plays LA-Monroe on Saturday and is a massive 44.5-point favorite.
The big game on the college football schedule is No. 1 Texas vs. No. 2 Georgia on Oct. 19, with Ewers’ status sure to be a big storyline if he’s not cleared before then.
