Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion is on the market for £1.5million despite the reality TV star warning it’s ‘cursed’.

The former I’m A Celebrity star was evicted from the luxury Sussex property amid her mounting financial and legal woes which have culminated in an arrest warrant.

The mansion was the subject of Price’s Channel 4 TV show in which she renovated the 19-room property after it was vandalised and became ‘uninhabitable.’

Estate agents H.G. Burt have the property listed for sale at £1.5m. However, pictures show the house needs some cosmetic lifts of its own with damage to walls and kitchen units.

Another wall with a flat-screen TV has also been ripped out, but the ad does boast that the mansion has the potential to become an ‘impressive family house’ for any prospective buyers.

‘A substantial detached family home including three reception rooms, nine bedrooms and four bath/shower rooms spread over three floors plus a one-bedroom annexe,’ it says.

‘Offering the opportunity for refurbishment to potentially create an impressive family house with mature grounds including potential reinstatement of the tennis court and swimming pool and enhancements of the paddock and land.’

However, the listing does not mention the mansion’s previous famous owner who first moved in in 2014.

The average house price in Horsham is £455,991, according to Rightmove, though a similar 11-bed manor in Wimland Road, Horsham, is listed for a guide price of £5.3m.

Price purchased the property from Tory peer Francis Maude for £1.35m, before the home fell into disrepair leading to the 2022 show Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion.

Last month the former glamour model revealed she was moving out of the property, claiming it was ‘cursed’ and warned buyers the home will bring them ‘bad luck’.

‘I’ve been wanting to get out of my old house for absolute years. It’s been nothing but hell in there. I’ve not had any luck in that house, ever,’ she told The Daily Mail.

‘I hate that house. Whoever buys it, I warn them, they will get bad luck there. It is absolute cursed. My anxiety got worse with that house. There was a point when I couldn’t even walk up the driveway without having a panic attack.

‘I had therapy about the house. I should never have gone back there. Now I’m out of it it’s the best thing I’ve ever done.’

It comes as a warrant for Price’s arrest was issued as the star failed to answer questions over her reported £3.2million debts but failed to attend.

The judge said the warrant was not issued ‘lightly’ but Price had offered only ‘piecemeal co-operation’ to the courts.

Her court date was originally set for May 14 to plead her case to keep her Mucky Mansion after being declared bankrupt in March and eviction rumours but this was delayed.

The Insolvency and Companies Court Judge said Price had received ‘very clear warnings’ that she must attend the hearing after it was pushed back.

She was due to face questions about her finances in the specialist bankruptcy court in London from barristers representing the trustee of her two bankruptcies.

A judge at a previous hearing said the former glamour model risked arrest if she did not attend further court dates, adding that evidence must be provided if she could not appear.

Issuing the arrest warrant, Judge Burton said that Price had ‘failed to attend today’s hearing’ and had provided no explanation for her absence.

However, despite the arrest warrant, Price is currently in Istanbul, Turkey undergoing cosmetic surgery and dental work with her boyfriend JJ Slater.
