Don’t forget to drink lots of water!
After Wednesday’s rain hiatus, which was plenty hot anyhow, Montreal’s heat wave has returned.
Environment Canada has issued a heat warning for the area, noting that the humidex is expected to approach 40 degrees on Thursday and Friday.
Thursday’s forecast has a daytime high of 30 degrees, which will feel like 40 when factoring in humidity. There’s a 30 per cent chance of showers — possibly with a thunderstorm — in the afternoon.
At night, the low will be 21 degrees.
