Hamas flag-wielding anti-Israel protesters show off portrait of killed terrorist leader Ismail Haniyeh in shocking Times Square rally

Anti-Israel protesters held up a portrait of assassinated Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh and waved a pro-terror flag during a shocking demonstration in Times Square Wednesday afternoon.

More than 300 people part of the hateful mob chanted “Free Palestine” while one protester held up a flag representing Hamas. Another demonstrator held up a photo of Haniyeh.

The same demonstrator, sporting a mask and sunglasses, wore a hat with a yellow headband around it that represents the terror group Hezbollah.

Another protester also held up the portrait of Haniyeh as others waved Palestinian flags at the Crossroads of the World.

About 50 counter-protesters across from the street waved Israeli flags.

The protest comes less than 24 hours after Haniyeh was killed in an airstrike while at his residence in Tehran.

No one has claimed responsibility for the deadly strike, though Iran and Hamas blame Israel.

The Big Apple has been roiled in anti-Israel protests for months since Hamas killed 1,200 people in Israel, leading the Jewish state to launch a wide scale military campaign in Gaza.
