A Britain’s Got Talent star is preparing to showcase a unique performance, and ticket-holders could be going home with a healthy back pocket.

Lewis Fuller has promised to part with £12,000 of cash during the run of gigs, giving it directly to audience members sat at his singing illusionist spectacular.

After reaching the semi-finals of the ITV series last year, Lewis, 25, is now heading to Edinburgh to make his Fringe debut with the show Ungentlemanly Conduct.

The Andi Peters of Edinburgh Fringe Festival will be performing 24 gigs, with one lucky winner selected from each of them to take home £500 ‘no strings attached’. With ticket prices starting at £9 it’s not a bad deal.

‘It’s going to be an expensive run of shows for me,’ he joked but did not reveal how he will decide who gets the sum of money.

Speaking ahead of his first gig later today, he said: ‘I’m excited to debut my new show at Ed Fringe.

‘To be a part of a festival jam-packed with talent and incredible vibes throughout the city will be amazing!

‘Ungentlemanly Conduct is a piece of me – I’ve had total creative freedom and put my heart, soul and wild imagination into creating something truly extraordinary.’

On top of the chance to pocket money, audience members will also get to witness a ‘triple threat of magic, music and comedy, loosely inspired by hit Netflix show The Gentlemen’.

The popular series follows aristocratic Eddie as he inherits the family estate, and discovers that it is home to a sizable weed empire.

On Britain’s Got Talent, Lewis’ unique audition earned him mixed reviews from judges Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden, and Bruno Tonoli.

Whilst singing Kodaline’s All I Want, he begins by seemingly playing the piano, but it turns out to be a projection – no wonder we have trust issues. He then continues with the illusions including making a woman he was serenading elevate above him and then disappear – many people know that making romantic interests disappear into thin air is something you can pretty easily do on Hinge, but it was still impressive.

While Alesha complimented Lewis for combining his love of singing and magic, she also told him it was ‘a little bit corny’.

Lewis explained that he is a ‘hopeless romantic’ which seemed to satisfy Alesha’s concerns and earn him a yes to progress to the next round.

Bruno was impressed with these visuals, and Simon told a smiling Lewis: ‘The big end game has to be Vegas, so you’re going to have to spend a lot of time on this but it could potentially be amazing.

‘This is exactly what the show should be looking for. I loved this audition.’

Amanda was unconvinced calling it a ‘cheese fest’ but with three yeses, her opinion didn’t matter in this instance.

Lewis made it to the live semi-finals, but he couldn’t compete against the eventual winner Viggo Venn.

Since the series, Lewis has continued to work on his act and performed magic on celebrities including Ashley Roberts, and Maisie Smith. He’s even been told he’s a ‘very funny young chap’ by HRH King Charles.
