The full extent of Lauryn Goodman’s demands from footballer Kyle Walker have been made public following a heated legal battle over child maintenance.

The influencer’s extensive list of requests included everything from a lavish £2.4million mansion in Sussex to a £33,000 air conditioning unit to cope with what she described as ‘unbearable’ summer heat.

She also requested a series of smaller items, including an iron, with the stipulation: ‘I do have a steamer but it leaks.’

The revelations come in the wake of a tumultuous period for Manchester City captain Walker, who is married to his teenage sweetheart Annie Kilner, 32, with whom he shares four children.

Walker, 34, first fathered a child with Goodman during a break in his relationship with Kilner in 2020, but it came to light in January of last year that he also fathered a second child with Goodman in 2022 while with Kilner.

This led to Kilner ejecting him from their £3.5 million mansion in Cheshire and a media frenzy.

The public can now see the wild details and huge sums of money involved in this high-profile case.

The court heard that Walker was ordered to purchase Goodman a £1.85m home within a 60-mile radius of a Sussex town to ensure she was away from Kilner and his other children.

Additionally, Walker was mandated to provide £8,000 per month in child support.

Her additional demands included a £33,000 air conditioning system due to the ‘unbearable’ heat in the mansion during summer.

She also claimed the patio was ‘unsafe’ and requested a £31,000 astroturf for her one-year-old daughter Kinara, who she suggested might one day become a professional footballer.

Immediately after giving birth to her second child with Walker in 2022, Goodman filed a’financial remedies application’ seeking to increase the sum £110,000 to £177,000 per year for child maintenance.

Her requests included £500 per month to maintain a hot tub, which she claimed was exclusively for the children’s use.

Other requests, according to The Sun, included: A gardener at a cost of £28 per hour because ‘The lawn mower is heavy,’ £171.81 per month for two mobile phones, an iron (‘I do have a steamer but it leaks’), £800 water filters, £2,000+ for garden furniture, £6,250 wardrobes, and £2,149 for outdoor lighting.

As a result, Walker agreed to purchase £2.4m Sussex property and spend over £120,000 on interior furnishings.

In addition to the previously mentioned car and gardener costs, Goodman demanded a £70,000 Mercedes GLE, replaced every three years as well as a £30,000 car for the nanny.

Judge Edward Hess lifted reporting restrictions on the case, which is rare for family court which is usually highly secretive.

Judge Hess said that Walker gave in to many of Goodman’s demands in an effort to keep her quiet, but that he did not believe she ever intended to keep their second child a secret.

He said in the ruling: ‘The evidence suggests that the mother wished the relationship to develop further than it has and the father’s decision not to allow the relationship develop at all and instead to commit himself to his wife has been a source of disappointment, anguish and anger for the mother.’

He also said he found Walker to be ‘sensible, honest and reliable.’

A statement from Walker’s team obtained by The Mail Online reads: ‘This judgment speaks for itself in laying bare Lauryn Goodman’s insatiable greed and relentless pursuit of money.

‘The judge made it clear: she used Kyle as an open ended cheque book and repeatedly threatened him in order to get what she wanted.

‘She then orchestrated a media campaign to feed intolerable and wrongful intrusion into the private lives of Kyle, Annie and their young family.

‘Throughout each court proceeding the judge stated that Kyle adopted a fair and generous stance.

‘These proceedings were never necessary. Kyle’s offer should have been accepted months ago and would therefore have eliminated the need for added stress to all involved.

‘In light of this judgment and the truths it makes public, my client and his family now ask that the media fully respects their rights to a private life as they navigate their next steps.’

In a statement to The Mirror, Goodman said of the proceedings: ‘These have been difficult and stressful proceedings, which I had hoped would not be necessary. This has only ever been about the children and providing for their futures.

‘I am a dedicated single mother and whilst my children will never have what their half siblings have, I have tried my best for my children and always will, no matter what.

‘Thanks to my legal team and the judge’s decision, my children’s childhood is secure and I will now focus on building a solid future for them so as to provide for the time when the children’s home reverts back to their father. More than anything, I look forward to enjoying every moment with my children and the three of us being able get on with our lives.’

Both parties have until August 13 to appeal the court’s decisions.
