The Sûreté du Québec is investigating her collision with a car.
A woman in her 50s died Sunday afternoon after the motorcycle she was driving collided with a vehicle in Waterloo in the Eastern Townships.
The Sûreté du Québec said the incident occurred at about 1 p.m.
A preliminary investigation found the motorcycle was travelling along Dalton St. when it collided with the vehicle, which was travelling along Route 112.
The motorcyclist was taken to hospital where her death was confirmed.
Route 112 was temporarily closed to allow provincial police to investigate the scene.
