The stars may be aligning for the Mets this week.
Their plan to walk Aaron Judge four times worked out in Tuesday’s Subway Series opener. And they finished the sweep with an emphatic 12-3 win on Wednesday at Yankee Stadium that included:
• Five home runs, including one from both sides of the plate by a scorching Francisco Lindor and one apiece by Tyrone Taylor, Pete Alonso and Mark Vientos.
• Hits from eight of their nine starters for a total of 14, including three from Taylor in the No. 9 hole.
