It wasn’t hard to keep baby Bieber under wraps.

Hailey Bieber shared in a new interview that she hid her pregnancy for six months because her bump “stayed small for a long time.”

The model, 27, told W magazine in a cover story published Tuesday that she “probably could have hid [the news] until the end.”

She added, “I didn’t have a belly, really, until I was six months pregnant, which was when I announced it. I was able to wear big jackets and stuff.”

However, Bieber “didn’t enjoy the stress of not being able to enjoy [her] pregnancy outwardly.”

She recalled, “I felt like I was hiding this big secret, and it didn’t feel good. I wanted the freedom to go out and live my life.”

“In the beginning [of pregnancy], it was super emotional for me,” she told the mag. “Like, ‘I love this human so much. How can I possibly bring someone else into this?’”

Hailey admitted that she is “not super close” with her family and instead feels “very independent.”

She said, “I’m my own individual now, and I’ve built my own family.”

The former “Drop the Mic” co-host went on to say that “the internet is a scary place for a pregnant woman.”

She explained, “You see so many stories — traumatic birth stories, traumatic experiences — and I know that that’s very real. But I don’t want to scare myself.”
