Nicolas Cage hit the town with his son who is named after Superman.
The “National Treasure” star was spotted vacationing in Italy this week with Kal-El Coppola, 18. The father-son duo were photographed walking through the streets of Venice wearing polar opposite ensembles.
Cage, 60, strutted his stuff in a boldly patterned two-piece Robert Graham set while his teenage son opted for black Nike track pants and a black T-shirt.
The “Moonstruck” actor shares Kal-El with his third wife, Alice Kim. The former couple were married for more than a decade before parting ways in January 2016.
Cage went on to get married a fourth time, but annulled the nuptials days later. He then married his fifth and current wife, Riko Shibata.
The Oscar winner is also dad to son Weston Coppola, whom he shares with ex Christina Fulton, and 1-year-old daughter August Francesca Coppola Cage, whom Cage welcomed with Shibata in 2022.
Weston, 33, recently found himself making headlines after he was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon after attacking his mother in the midst of a mental health crisis.
Although the purported assault occurred in April, Weston was only just taken into custody earlier this month. Records seen by Page Six showed Weston was released on $150,000 bond.
Fulton, 57, confirmed her son’s arrest was the result of a “manic rage.”
“Within minutes, I was brutally assaulted and sustained serious injuries,” she said in a statement to People.
The “Doors” actress claimed she made “desperate pleas” to the responding officers to detain her son for a psychological evaluation, but they allegedly “refused” her request.
“As a mother, I am deeply saddened and concerned about Weston’s ongoing mental-health crisis,” Fulton concluded her statement. “It is imperative that he receives the help he desperately needs.”
A week after his arrest, Weston finalized his divorce from his third wife, Hila Cage Coppola.
Hila will continue to maintain sole custody of their two children, Cyress and Venice, both 4. Weston currently has no visitation rights pending a further court order.
Weston is also father to sons Lucian and Sorin, whom he shares with ex-wife Danielle.
