Alabama Barker, 18, admits to taking weight-loss medication after denying plastic surgery claims

Alabama Barker has joined the gaggle of celebrities taking weight-loss medication.

The 18-year-old daughter of Travis Barker and his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler, made the admission in a recent selfie-style video that showed her applying her makeup.

“I have, like, this thing where I photograph so ugly, and people are like, ‘Oh, my God — you’re so fat, and you’re so ugly,’” Alabama explained.

“And it’s, like, I see what you guys are seeing, but just, like, meet me in person. I feel like I don’t look like that.”

In the next breath, however, she added, “But I’m on weight-loss medication because I’m tired of being fat and photographing like a damn ogre.”

However, last month, her mom revealed she took Mounjaro after she decided to “eat the pain away” when both her parents died in 2023.

“I was in a very, very dark place. I stopped dieting. I stopped exercising. I just ate like s–t,” Moakler told People. “I was so devastated, and I missed my f–king mom and dad.”

The former model, 49, recalled her eating habits getting worse when paparazzi began asking her about Barker’s new wife, Kourtney Kardashian, being rushed to the hospital as she experienced complications while carrying their son, Rocky.

“It was on another level, and I didn’t know how to deal [with it],” she shared. “I was sad. And I just missed my parents so much.”

As for Alabama, she recently clapped back at an Instagram user who claimed she had “plastic surgery on everything.”

“hey let’s stop being delusional 👏,” the teen responded to the April accusation, which arose after she posted bikini pictures.

Alabama silenced similar chatter in February, insisting at the time, “I’m natural, besides my lips, accept the fact I’m naturally beautiful.”
