Morning Live presenter Rav Wilding is said to be dating a co-star after it was announced that he and his wife had split, it’s been reported.
In April this year, the BBC star revealed that he and his wife, Jill Morgan, had broken up after more than a decade together.
At the time, he shared on Instagram that he and Jill had ‘amicably separated last year’, adding: ‘Our focus is co-parenting our hugely loved and beautiful daughter.’
The former couple married in 2017, before welcoming their daughter Poppy three years later.
While Rav, 46, has become well-known on programmes such as Crimewatch, he previously served in the British Army, the British Transport Police and the Metropolitan Police. Jill is a producer who has worked on programmes including Loose Women and Children In Need.
It’s now been claimed that he is in a new relationship with fellow Morning Live star Rebecca Mason.
‘Her name’s Rebecca Mason, she’s a Surrey Police detective who specialises in online romance fraud and scams but she’s been building a TV career on the side by going on shows like Hunted and W’s Red Flags, where she’s a talking head,’ a source told The Sun.
The insider pointed out that they also have the same agent, adding: ‘The whole team at Morning Live know they’re together, especially since Rav and Rebecca went to Michelle Ackerley’s hen do a month or so ago.
‘All of their colleagues are happy for them. The producers and other experts have commented on a few of their Instagram posts saying how they make a great couple.’
In June, Rebecca shared a compilation of pictures and videos on Instagram showing her and Rav spending time together, writing in the caption: ‘Well well well…nearly half way through the year and oh boy…what a crazy half the year it has been. ….bring on the next 6!! I’m so EXCITED!!! 🖤 Always x.’
Shortly afterwards in July, she uploaded a picture of herself and Rav beaming at the camera, joking in her caption: ‘Can anyone recommend a good toothpaste 😉😁?’
Blue singer Duncan James wrote in a comment underneath: ‘Now that’s a good looking pair ❤️❤️,’ while Morning Live’s Dr James Greenwood added: ‘Cuties.’
Radio presenter Fia Tarrant also said: ‘There’s so much cuteness going on in this photo right now it’s unreal.’
Metro.co.uk understands that Rav and Rebecca first met around Halloween last year.
In addition to Morning Live, Rebecca has appeared on programmes including Hunted and the show’s celebrity spin-off.
On the website for her talent agency, it states that Rebecca is a ‘serving detective with Surrey Police’, explaining that she is a ‘go-to expert in romance fraud’.
