Calgary police asking the public to help identify three suspects in June assault

On Friday, June 28 at approximately 11:45 p.m., police were called to a Circle K located at 528 Fourth Ave S.W. for reports of a physical altercation between several individuals.

Upon arrival, police located three men who appeared to have been assaulted. One of the men was unconscious and taken to hospital in life-threatening condition. He remains in hospital in stable condition, but with serious injuries.

The two other men were treated for minor injuries.

Police believe the men were involved in a verbal altercation with another group of three men that escalated and became physical.

The three suspects left the scene before police arrived.

The first suspect is described as between 23 and 28 years old, approximately 5’9” tall, about 190 pounds with short, dark hair. At the time of the assault, he was wearing a green hoodie, grey shorts and white Nike shoes.

The second suspect is described as between 23 and 28 years old, approximately 6’1” tall, about 200 pounds with short, brown hair. At the time of the assault, he was wearing a grey Champion sweatshirt, dark pants and white, high-top Nike shoes.

The third suspect is described as between 23 and 28 years old, approximately 6’1” tall, about 215 pounds with short, dark hair and a chinstrap beard with a moustache. At the time of the assault, he was wearing a black Zoo York hoodie, black track pants with vertical stripes down the legs and black running shoes.
