Edwin Castro, $2B Powerball winner, spotted getting flirty with glamorous freelance writer in LA

Luck be a lady.

Edwin Castro, the lucky $2 billion Powerball jackpot winner, was spotted getting flirty with a new gal pal outside the Los Angeles celeb hangout Nobu on Wednesday morning.

Castro, 31, appeared to be with Payten Vincent, an early-20s self-described “poet, writer, critic, and screenwriter” who hails from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, according to her LinkedIn.

The couple was spotted smooching with their arms around each other and leaning on Castro’s Porsche supercar as they dropped by the hot-ticket Japanese restaurant.

Castro and Vincent were wearing the same clothes they’d had on during a date night at the restaurant the night before.

Castro appeared to slip the valet a tip so Vincent could keep her car there as they headed off for breakfast in Malibu.

The sighting was the first time Castro and Vincent, who has 125,000 followers on Instagram, were spotted together.

Back in February, he was seen cruising around LA in his vintage Porsche with a different mystery brunette.

Months before that he was seen out and about with a third young lady.

Castro hit the record-breaking jackpot in 2022, opting to take a lump sum of $997.6 million rather than collecting annual payments, according to the California Lottery.

After taxes, he took home an estimated $628 million – and immediately set about spending his spoils.

He dropped $47 million on a massive mansion in the Hollywood Hills, along with a huge home for his parents in Altadena, California.

Castro also shelled out for a luxury trip to Fiji with his friends before his identity was made public.
