Dak Prescott and girlfriend Sarah Jane Ramos had “the best week” in Cabo San Lucas.
Taking to Instagram over the weekend, Ramos recapped the trip to Mexico with her “beautiful family” in a series of photos that featured the group — including her and Prescott’s 4-month-old daughter, Margaret Jane Rose — taking in the holiday week at the beach.
“The best week yet ♥️ thankful for you, your family, & our family My love,” the Cowboys quarterback, 30, commented on the snaps, which featured a nighttime shot of Prescott, Ramos and their bundle of joy.
The group also took in some golf, outdoor dinners, a boat ride and Fourth of July fireworks on the beach, as seen in other pics from the trip.
The walking boot Prescott had been photographed wearing in Cabo last week was not featured in Ramos’ post.
The three-time Pro Bowler recently stirred buzz when a photo emerged of him maneuvering with a walking boot on his right foot.
Prescott then attempted to silence alarm bells with a statement to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, explaining he’s “great” and the boot is because “the last time I went deep sea fishing my (ankle) swole up.”
The quarterback’s trip to Mexico comes just weeks before the Cowboys report to training camp this month.
The 2024 season is critical for Prescott and Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy, who both return on expiring deals.
Despite a 12-5 finish atop the NFC East, the Cowboys were bounced from the first round of the playoffs in January after being embarrassed by the Packers at home, 48-32.
Prescott, entering the final year of a four-year, $160 million contract, remains focused on the task ahead amid uncertainty about what’s potentially next.
“There’s been conversations back and forth,” Prescott said this week, according to the Cowboys’ website. “But for the most part, I’ve been letting my agent do that, especially as we get going into training camp. Day one of training camp, my mind flips towards helping my team and doing everything I can within the organization and on the football field to make sure I’m the best and everyone around me is their best. The money and all of that will take care of itself as it always has.”
When Prescott takes the field this season, Ramos and their baby girl will likely cheer him on nearby.
The couple went public with their romance on Instagram in November 2023 and announced their daughter’s birth in March.
