Kate Major and Michael Lohan are still going through marital woes amid their estrangement.
Major shared a video of a heated altercation with Michael, who is actress Lindsay Lohan’s father, on Instagram that ended with police involvement.
The recording begins with the mom of two sitting in front seat of her car in Spring, Texas, while the TV personality stands in front of it to prevent her from driving away.
“Michael, get out of the road!” Major screams from inside the vehicle where her children are present. “These poor children. Oh my god, what a psychopath. He’s calling the f–king cops. … You’re out of your f–king mind.”
Major, 41, then tells a police officer, who Michael waved over to assist mid-conflict, that her estranged husband “needs to be 5150’d,” which means placed into a psychiatric unit.
“He’s following me, please,” she says. “He jumped in front of my car. My kids are in the car. I didn’t even get out of the f–king driveway.”
Michael later told TMZ that he permitted Major to stay in his house while he and his kids were out of town, but the district attorney informed her she had to vacate the premises by 5:00 p.m. because he has an order of protection in place against her.
However, he claims she remained for another hour and proceeded to take his car.
He further alleged that Major, who has been arrested in the past, spent her time in the house drinking and partying and even destroyed his security system.
No charges have been filed.
Michael then posted a series of videos on his Facebook page in which he claims Major was “drunk.”
“Leave me alone. Your kids are watching TV with me,” he can be heard telling Major, who purportedly is standing outside the house. “You’re violent. Go away.”
In another video, an enraged Major can be seen holding an unidentified weapon and whacking Michael with it.
“Kate in a drunken rage attacking me with a poll [sic],” he wrote. “Because I woke her up at 1:30 pm when she was drunk.”
Major hasn’t responded to Michael’s videos.
The former couple — who share sons Landon and Logan — wed in 2014 but filed for divorce in 2018 because the marriage became “irretrievably broken.” The pair split after Major was arrested for domestic battery, though she wasn’t officially charged.
In 2020, police arrested Michael for getting “physically abusive” with Major. Their divorce is still not finalized.
