It might ruin the tour, but it won’t ruin their marriage.
Jessia Biel was seen dancing in the crowd at her husband Justin Timberlake’s Forget Tomorrow World Tour concert in New York City a week after the pop star was arrested on DWI-related charges.
The “7th Heaven” alum, 42, was spotted getting down to Timberlake’s performance at Madison Square Garden in an Instagram video shared by “The Real Housewives of New York City” star Jessel Taank on Tuesday.
In the clip, Biel nonchalantly swayed her hips and sang along to Timberlake’s tune before taking a sip of her beverage. She also stood alone at a cocktail table in the VIP section of the venue.
The actress appeared to be keeping a low profile by wearing a black baseball cap, though she also wore an eye-catching twisted-knit tank paired with high-waisted black jeans.
“What Tour? The World Tour. @justintimberlake,” the Bravolebrity, who attended the show with her “RHONY” co-star Ubah Hassan, captioned the post while referencing Timberlake’s DWI bust. Taank also shared a photo of his viral mug shot where he appeared glassy-eyed and stoic.
As Page Six reported, the “SexyBack” singer was arrested last week for getting behind the wheel after a boozy night out at the Ritzy American Hotel in Sag Harbor, LI.
The former *NSYNC frontman was cited for running a stop sign and driving outside the proper lane before being charged with a DWI (driving while intoxicated).
A source told us at the time that Timberlake, 43, was pulled over by a young police officer who “didn’t recognize him or his name.”
A second source shared that Timberlake told the cop under his breath, “This is going to ruin the tour. When the confused cop asked, “What tour?” Timberlake replied, “The world tour.”
The Grammy-winning artist failed a field sobriety test and repeatedly refused to take a breathalyzer test.
Timberlake told law enforcement officials that he only had “one martini” before driving off in his 2025 gray BMW — which was confirmed by the bartender who served him.
Later in the day, Timberlake was released from the police station without bail. His next court date is scheduled for July 26.
Sources confirmed to Page Six that Biel — who shares sons Silas, 9, and Phineas, 4, with Timberlake — was not with him at the time of his arrest. The couple tied the knot in 2012.
Despite her presence at Timberlake’s show, Biel is reportedly “extremely upset” over his actions.
Timberlake resumed his world tour in Chicago and addressed the arrest to his fans.
“It’s been a tough week,” Timberlake told the audience at United Center.
He added, “I know I’m hard to love sometimes but you keep loving me right back.”
