The individual is in stable condition
One person is in hospital after an exchange of gunfire between two vehicles in the northeast Calgary community of Cornerstone on Saturday evening.
Police were called to the 100 block of Cornerstone Road just before 9:30 p.m. Saturday for reports of a shooting, where they found a person suffering from a gunshot wound.
The individual was transported to hospital and is now in stable condition.
Police say witnesses spotted three people fleeing the victim’s car, and investigators are looking for an SUV that fled the area.
