2 teen swimmers go missing in waters off NYC’s Jacob Riis Park: cops

Two teenage boys went missing while swimming in the waters of Jacob Riis Park in Queens on Friday night, police said.

The missing 16- and 17-year-old boys entered the water at Jacob Riis Park’s Bay 2 around 6:30 p.m., according to the NYPD.

The NYPD’s Special Operations Aviation Unit and divers, as well as the US Coast Guard, are in the ocean searching for the pair. Wayne Carrington
