Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs attacked Cassie Ventura’s ex-friend with wooden hanger over cheating concerns — then paid her $30K in hush money: testimony

Sean “Diddy” Combs allegedly attacked Cassie Ventura’s ex-best friend and then paid her $30,000 in hush money.

Kerry Morgan testified Monday in Combs’ sex trafficking trial in Manhattan federal court that the assault occurred in Ventura’s Hollywood Hills, Calif., home in 2018.

“Cassie and I were listening to her music. She got up to go to the bathroom. … He had come in; I guess he had a key, and she didn’t know,” Morgan, 39, claimed to the prosecution.

“I was in the living room, and he came up from behind me and choked me. When I got up, he boomeranged a hanger at my head.”

Morgan — who claimed she was left with “finger marks on [her] neck” — clarified that it was a wooden coat hanger that allegedly hit her “behind the right ear.”

Combs’ alleged attack was accompanied by the demand to know “who Cassie was cheating on him with,” but Morgan said she “had no idea.”

She recalled thinking, “He’s going crazy. He’s lost it.”

When asked what injuries she sustained as a result of the alleged assault, Morgan explained she “had a concussion,” as she “was dizzy” and “vomited a few times.”

She added that she sought care at “an urgent care facility.”

Morgan said she had a lawyer subsequently reach out to Combs, 55, because she “was planning on filing a lawsuit.”

However, she said she “did not,” noting that the music mogul paid her “$30,000.”

Morgan explained that she later met up with Ventura “at a pizza place in Hollywood,” where the latter allegedly gave her an NDA.

“She told me she thought I was milking it and was over-exaggerating,” Morgan claimed, adding that she and Ventura, 38, “never spoke” again.

Additionally, she said the “the last time [she] spoke to Sean Combs was the night of the assault.”

Morgan also testified that she was at Ventura’s same residence when the singer arrived after fleeing the now-closed InterContinental Hotel, where Combs was seen beating her in a hallway in 2016.

Shortly after Ventura got back home with a black eye, Combs allegedly showed up and “was hitting the door with a hammer to try to open it.”

Morgan recalled feeling “terrified,” while Ventura just looked “numb.”

“I don’t think she cared if he came in and killed her,” Morgan said.

Ventura testified last week, taking the stand as the prosecution’s first witness. She detailed a decade-long relationship with Combs, 55, that was marked by physical violence and sexual abuse.

He has been charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.

If convicted, the rapper — who is also facing dozens of lawsuits alleging similar behavior — could spend the rest of his life in prison.
