Post Malone’s ex-fiancée’s identity revealed as she fights for custody of their child

Post Malone’s ex-fiancée is stepping into the limelight in order to try to get custody of her child.

Hee Sung “Jamie” Park filed a petition with the family law division of Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, revealing for the first time she is the mother of the musician’s 2-year-old daughter.

Her child’s name is not listed, referenced only as “DDP” in the documents, obtained by Page Six. The little one’s birth date is noted as May 26, 2022.

In June 2022, Malone, 29, announced he had welcomed a baby girl and revealed at the same time that he had gotten engaged — though he did not disclose Park’s full name.

“[At] 2:30 in the afternoon, I went and I kissed my baby girl,” the “Circles” singer said on “The Howard Stern Show,” prompting the host to ask, “What baby girl? Are you referring to your girlfriend or you have a baby?”

Malone replied, “No, that’s my daughter.” When asked how he would refer to his daughter’s mother, the “Congratulations” singer clarified, “She’s my fiancée.”

The former couple always kept their relationship very low-profile. It’s unclear when exactly Park and Malone officially called it quits, but TMZ previously reported they parted ways sometime in late 2024.

Since March, the “Rockstar” singer has been seen going out on public dates with a new woman named Christy Lee, a Parsons School of Design student based in New York City.

Most recently, the new couple was spotted on a shopping trip together in Paris.

It’s unknown whether Malone’s public displays of affection with Lee motivated Park to take legal action.

According to court documents, the “Sunflower” singer’s ex wants joint legal but is seeking sole physical custody of their daughter and is willing to give the father of one visitation rights.

She also wants Malone to cover her legal fees. Under child support, it states, “The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.”

Page Six has reached out to Malone’s reps for comment but did not immediately hear back.
