‘Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt’ star Ellie Kemper wants $7.49M for her NYC home in a glam Art Deco edifice

Ellie Kemper, the actress known for her performances in NBC’s “The Office” and Netflix’s hilarious “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt,” is listing her Manhattan home, The Post has learned.

Located at 320 Central Park West, the four-bedroom, five-full-bathroom co-op is priced at $7.49 million.

The move comes nearly three years after she sold a different home in the same Upper West Side neighborhood, as The Post reported at the time.

Kemper and her husband, Michael Koman — a comedian and television producer — acquired the residence in October 2021 for $7.84 million, meaning they’re prepared to accept a modest loss on the sale.

Just three weeks prior, on March 6, they briefly listed the home, which also has two half-bathrooms, for $7.99 million before reducing the price by $500,000, according to StreetEasy records.

The property, in the Ardsley, a 1932 Art Deco edifice designed by Emery Roth, offers an enviable perch with more than 60 feet of direct Central Park views.

Occupying 3,750 square feet, the co-op’s interior is a blend of sophistication and comfort, featuring a refined living room with bespoke shelving, an expansive library and a pair of generously sized bedrooms overlooking the park — each with updated private bathrooms.

The home also includes a gourmet kitchen with top-tier appliances and a windowed breakfast nook, a stately dining area and a snug media room.

Other highlights include a private elevator entry, a climate-controlled wine cellar capable of housing 1,000 bottles and plentiful storage space.

The Ardsley itself caters to a range of lifestyles, welcoming pets and pied-à-terre owners alike. Residents enjoy access to a doorman, concierge services, a fitness center and various other perks.

The listing is being handled by Ann Cutbill Lenane and Gregory Williamson of Douglas Elliman, who declined to comment.

The reasons behind Kemper and Koman’s latest decision to sell aren’t clear. The Post has reached out to her reps for comment.

Kemper, who grew up in Kansas City and attended Princeton University, recently starred in the 2023 Netflix film “Happiness for Beginners,” alongside co-star Luke Grimes. She is set to produce and star in the upcoming ABC comedy series “Drop-off.”
