Here’s who rented the tallest — and priciest — home in Queens: ‘Everyone wanted this apartment!’

The tallest apartment in Queens is officially off the market.

And The Post can identify the new residents of this sky-high Long Island City penthouse as Mitchell and Bee Miles, entrepreneurs and Christian influencers from Arizona. The husband-and-wife duo locked down the 67th-floor unit at Skyline Tower for $11,200 a month. That was its most recent asking price — and the aerie made headlines earlier this year for being the priciest rental available in Queens.

That said, that price ties this apartment with a mansion in Little Neck as the most expensive residence ever rented in Queens.

While the new renters get less space in this unit than its Little Neck counterpart, they certainly get better views. The penthouse at Skyline Tower towers 778 feet above street level.

The tower also offers residents a 24/7 doorman and concierge services, a community play area, a roof deck, a game room, a pet spa and a 75-foot-pool. Plus, it’s one subway stop from Manhattan.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo attracted a great deal of interest since it relisted for $11,500 in January, according to Corcoran agent Michael Chadwick.

“At one point I was talking with the reps for two professional baseball players and an ambassador from a foreign country,” Chadwick said in a statement. “Everyone wanted this apartment!”

Despite the competition, Mitchell and Bee Miles won out. Mitchell is an entrepreneur, a Christian influencer and a mental health advocate, according to his personal website. He founded the business consulting company NeWell. Bee is listed as a performance coach and chief creative officer at NeWell, and also runs a faith-based Instagram page for women.

The couple did not respond to The Post’s request for comment before press time.

The newly rented 1,547-square-foot space includes large windows that wrap around the apartment, offering sweeping skyline views of New York City across the East River.

Skyline Tower, located in Hunters’ Point, opened its doors in 2019.

The 67-story tower is the tallest residential building in Queens, but it won’t hold that superlative for much longer. An 823-foot tower is under construction nearby. The Orchard, BLDG Development’s latest project in Long Island City, is set to begin leasing next year.
