Kate Mara and Jamie Bell look to move on from their LA home

This Hollywood pair is saying goodbye to their sunny Los Angeles home.

Actors Kate Mara and Jamie Bell are looking to sell their Los Feliz nest for $4.98 million, according to a release from its listing brokerage. The white-washed 1922 colonial spans 4,359 square feet and includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a detached guesthouse.

Mara, known for “House of Cards,” and “The Martian,” met now-husband Bell on the set of “Fantastic Four” in 2015. The pair married in 2017. They share a son from Bell’s previous marriage to actress Evan Rachel Wood, as well as a younger daughter and son.

Mara and her actress sister, Rooney Mara, are the great-grandaughters of Tim Mara, founder of the New York Giants.

The listing photos of Mara and Bell’s home show an effortlessly romantic family residence, thanks to the efforts of interior designer Jillina Kliewer.

Patricia Ruben of Sotheby’s International Realty holds the listing. Ruben told The Post that she has known the “big-hearted” extended Mara family for years. “The … home is a perfect reflection of their dedication to family comfort, quality living, and a thoughtfully curated, cozy design,” Ruben said.

The open-concept downstairs is connected by large open doorways and French doors. The space includes a white living room, a spacious kitchen with two sinks, a swanky butler’s pantry and a dark blue media room with ample built-in shelving.

Upstairs includes four bedrooms and a cozy outdoor patio.

The real eye candy of the home, however, has to be the bathrooms. A smaller bathroom features wood accents and a seashell-style sink, while a larger one is covered in brilliant green tilework with pops of black and white.

While it’s unclear why or where the family plans to uproot, Mara and Bell have both been making big career moves. Mara has been promoting her new sci-fi thriller, “The Astronaut.” Bell is set to star in “Baby Reindeer” creator Richard Gadd’s upcoming HBO Series series, “Half Man.”
