Lizzo calls out Andy Cohen for exposing her relationship with Myke Wright: ‘I really got beef with you’

All the rumors were true.

Things got a little spicy when Lizzo joined Andy Cohen on the latest episode of his SiriusXM radio talk show, “Andy Cohen Live.”

When the host asked the “Good as Hell” singer whether she’s “in love” with boyfriend Myke Wright, she recalled a time in 2022 when Cohen posed the same question — before she and her new partner had made their relationship public.

“I really got beef with you because the last time we saw each other you f–king outed me!” Lizzo, 36, recalled. “That was so funny.”

When the radio host asked Lizzo if she was in love with boyfriend Myke Wright, the singer brought up how he “outed” them before they were ready to make their romance public.

After Cohen admitted that he accidentally “stepped in s–t” with the question, Lizzo went on to describe her feelings during the awkward, live radio moment.

“I was in such a weird position because, like, we’re so private,” she explained. “But he was there and I was like, ‘I don’t want to say ‘no’ because I don’t want to like [hurt him].’”

As Page Six previously reported, Lizzo made her red carpet debut with the musician in June 2022 — just a few months after the interview with Cohen. The two were first spotted together in 2021, five years after they met as co-hosts on MTV’s “Wonderland.”

When asked by Cohen if his question started any problems between her and Wright, the “Truth Hurts” singer confirmed that, despite their private nature, everything between the two stayed the same.

“It started s–t with the world, though,” Lizzo clarified, laughing. “I think when the world sees two happy people, they want to destroy them.”

During one of her concerts in Los Angeles last week, the singer also confessed that she went into a “dark” place when a slew of sexual harassment lawsuits were filed against her by several former background dancers in 2023.

Lizzo denied the initial allegations made against her, calling the lawsuit “outrageous” and “unbelievable.”

“I was so heartbroken by the world and so deeply hurt that I didn’t want to live anymore, and I was so deeply afraid of people that I didn’t want to be seen,” she told the crowd at The Wiltern, per a video shared by a concertgoer on X. “Eventually I got over that fear.”

Additionally, a racial and sexual harassment lawsuit filed by Asha Daniels, a former stylist for Lizzo’s Big Grrrl Big Tour company, was dropped in December 2024.

A source close to the singer told The Post at the time that she refuses to settle and won’t stop “fighting” until the “outrageous” allegations are proven false.

The “About Damn Time” songstress is still facing multiple ongoing lawsuits filed by some of her former employees claiming sexual and racial harassment and a toxic work environment. The singer maintains that the allegations against her are false.
